Charlie Rowland joined RSS 1982. He is a Charted Life Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor and produces and services commercial and personal lines insurance. He graduated from McCallie School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

He lives on Signal Mountain and is married to Margie. He is a father to five daughters and grandfather of nine. In his spare time, he is active in his church (St Timothy Episcopal Church) and with the YMCA and Signal Mountain Golf.
