Kyle Stephens joined RSS in 2018. Prior to RSS Kyle worked for ADP and this experience has given him a unique perspective to be able to help companies integrate their payroll and HR into their insurance program.
With his recently completed Certified Work Comp Advisor certification, Kyle focuses on educating companies on their insurance program to help them create a safe working environment. Some industries that Kyle focuses on include: event rental, Ttrucking including Fedex contractors, human services, home health care, contractors and many others.
Kyle graduated from the University of Alabama in 2011 where he met his wife Lindsey. After graduation, Kyle and Lindsey moved to Chattanooga, TN and they have lived there for over 8 years. Most of Kyle’s free time is spent playing outside with his sons Drew and Wyatt. Kyle serves on the board for 10/40’s Connections and heads up the HR committee.
