Tom Rowland is the Founder of RSS Insurance. He has been in the insurance business since 1960, marking almost 60 years in the industry. In 1973, he formed Rowland & Daniels which eventually became RSS Insurance. Tom has been very active in professional insurance organizations as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. He is a dedicated professional with a friendly touch.
Tom was born in Chicago, IL but moved to Chattanooga at the age of nine months. He attended Central High School and the University of Chattanooga, graduating with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Judy enjoy living and serving the Chattanooga community. They have three adult children and eight grandchildren. Tom has served our community throughout his life contributing his talents to many Civic and Political organizations. He is a member of First-Centenary United Methodist Church.
