Since 1978 Dan Fulghum has been helping businesses and individuals in the Chattanooga area protect their assets by determining their insurance needs and helping them obtain top-quality protection. He is a graduate of Chattanooga High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dan joined RSS Insurance in 1992 where he has specialized in insuring construction accounts.
