I grew up in Athens and attended Athens Academy for all grades. I went to Augusta State University in Augusta, GA on a golf scholarship. I played 5 years for Jaguars including a redshirt season. After graduation, I worked as the assistant coach for the golf team and also played golf professionally for 3 years. In 2012 in obtained my insurance licenses and went to work for a State Farm agent in Athens, GA.

I joined the RSS team in August of 2015. I knew that commercial insurance would be a better fit for my skills and have really enjoyed the transition. I currently live and work in Athens, GA with my wife Laura Beth and our two boys. Our family is active in Athens Church and loves to spend time traveling and playing sports. We love UGA athletics of all kinds and especially Fall in Athens.
